Multi-core Flat Cable Stripping Machine

This is a six-wheel drive touch-screen version of the wire stripping machine, which is specially designed for processing flat sheathed wires. It can automatically complete the actions of cutting wires, stripping outer sheaths, and stripping core wires. The wire feeding wheel uses 4 wheels to feed the wire, which greatly increases the contact area between the wire and the feeding wheel, and reduces the pressure while increasing the tension, so the stripping length range can be effectively increased.

This machine has the function of lifting wheel and jumping conduit. The function of lifting wheel means that the outlet wheel can be automatically lifted to avoid when stripping the wire end, which can greatly increase the stripping length range of the wire end. The jumper function means that the wire guide can be automatically lifted to avoid when stripping the wire tail, which can greatly increase the stripping length range of the wire tail.

Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, parameters such as cutting length, stripping length, cutting depth,  feeding depth，retracting and output can be set freely in the program.The program memory function can save the processing parameters of different wire materials into different program numbers, and the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key when switching wire materials.
